had a comfortable stay for a friends wedding in the first week of 2018, everything was brand-new. liked the double room with great view and the way it was setup.

My stay was perfectly pleasant for a friends wedding in the first week of 2018. The hotel's position was prime, not far from shopping center and entertainments. Also, I was a 10-15 minute walk from Khan Shatyr Entertainment Center.

I didn't like that the water pressure was low.

Everything was brand-new, however we stayed for 1 night only. Staff was super very polite. The location was excellent, relatively near Khan Shatyr Entertainment Center. It was a such great experience.

Very comfortable stay, as always. Well-appointed neat rooms with great views, and a safe, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar...

The spacious corner room offered breathtaking views of the city, and staff unexpectedly provided coffee and breakfast for my early departure, enhancing my overall experience.

Really good Experience in a Prime Location

Our family enjoyed a good stay with spacious rooms and attentive staff. The breakfast spread was excellent, with local delicacies. I appreciated the fitness center for a morning workout before exploring nearby attractions, like Khan Shatyr. Pro tip, book early for the best rates!

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The location was perfect for visiting nearby sites like Khan Shatyr and Beyterek Tower.

My children wanted more kid-friendly menu options at breakfast.

Excellent room with a massive bed and fine city views from the 11th floor. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings, particularly the golden malted waffles. The shower door leaked and the towels felt worn. The bar ambiance was nice, but limited seating with a lack of draught beer options detracted from the experience. Despite these issues, the friendly, efficient service and overall hotel vibe were noteworthy.
